Prohibited Content Policy

PLATFORM SAFEGUARDS

Cybergirl AI is designed from the ground up to prevent illegal and harmful content:

  • No Image Uploads: Users cannot upload photos. All content is AI-generated using our controlled systems only.
  • API-Level Restrictions: Our image generation APIs automatically block attempts to create illegal content before generation.
  • Adults-Only Content: The underlying AI models are configured to generate only adult-presenting individuals (18+).
  • Prompt Filtering: Automated systems detect and block prohibited keywords and concepts before processing.
  • Moderation Filter: All image prompt requests are processed through an automated moderation filter that screens for prohibited content before any image is generated.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CIRCUMVENTION ATTEMPTS

While our systems prevent the creation of illegal content, attempting to circumvent these safeguards is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and potential law enforcement reporting.

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Our APIs are configured to prevent generation of any content depicting minors. Attempting to circumvent this protection is a federal crime.

The platform automatically blocks attempts to generate content involving individuals under 18. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will result in:

  • Immediate permanent account termination
  • Evidence preservation and mandatory reporting to NCMEC
  • Reporting to law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
  • Full cooperation with criminal investigations

2. Real Person Deepfakes - NOT TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE

This platform does not support image uploads. Users cannot upload photos of real people, making deepfakes technically impossible. All content is generated through our controlled AI systems.

Attempting to impersonate real individuals through text prompts (e.g., naming characters after celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) is prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. Violence, Gore, and Extreme Content - API RESTRICTED

Our image generation APIs do not support creation of extreme violent content, gore, or graphic material. The underlying models are configured to reject such requests. This includes:

  • Graphic violence, torture, or mutilation
  • Self-harm or suicide-related imagery
  • Content depicting death or serious injury

Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in account termination.

4. Bestiality and Zoophilia - API RESTRICTED

Our image generation systems are configured to block sexual content involving animals. Attempting to generate such content is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Non-Consensual Scenarios

Content or roleplay scenarios depicting:

  • Sexual violence, rape, or assault
  • Coercion or blackmail
  • Explicit lack of consent

...is prohibited. While our AI companions are fictional, we do not permit scenarios that normalize violence or harm.

6. Illegal Activities and Hate Speech

Content promoting, depicting, or glorifying:

  • Drug trafficking or illegal substance use
  • Human trafficking or prostitution
  • Terrorist activities or violent extremism
  • Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • Nazi, white supremacist, or similar extremist ideologies

...is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

7. Platform Abuse

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to bypass content filters or API restrictions
  • Mass creation of accounts or automated abuse
  • Attempts to compromise platform security
  • Phishing, malware distribution, or social engineering

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination
  • Preservation of account data and violation evidence
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law (particularly for CSAM-related violations, which trigger mandatory reporting)
  • Full cooperation with legal authorities in investigations

Decisions regarding prohibited content violations are final and not subject to appeal.
